In All The Fun Of The Fair Chris performed the starring role of Harvey as well as Kipper in the West End run at the Garrick Theatre. The show ran from 20th April to the 4th September 2010. David Gilmore directed the David Essex, Jon Conway production.

Live and Let Die James Bond Spectacular at Wilton House Salisbury on 16th July 2010 starred Chris with Alison Jiear and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Pete Harrison.

Chris appeared as part of the original London cast in the Classic Eleanor Bergstein creation of 'Dirty Dancing' from its opening at the Aldwych Theatre in the West End in October 2006 until he left the show at the end of July 2009. He played the star vocalist part of Billy Kostecki singing great numbers including "In The Still Of The Night" and "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life". He received extensive critical acclaim for his performance. James Powell directed this production.
He performs on the original London cast CD.
He sang "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" on the BBC1 'Children In Need' Show.

2006 at the Palace Theatre was the venue for the Bill Kenwright production of Andrew Lloyd Webber/Jim Steinman's 'Whistle Down The Wind'. Chris starred as the Man for many shows and also featured as the Snake Preacher. He sang many numbers in the show but perhaps the most memorable were "Nature Of The Beast" and "Wrestle With The Devil".
Chris also played both parts on a UK Tour in 2001/2.

Chris appeared as Big Macca, Britney and Kahashoggi in the iconic Queen stage show 'We Will Rock You'. He was in the show in 2004/5. As well as taking advantage of the opportunity to work with Director Ben Elton he was able to sing whilst being accompanied by Brian May on guitar.
He also starred in a 'Queen Spectacular' in 2007 when the Bournemouth Daily Echo referred to Chris Holland as "magnificent singer and the performance as brilliant"

In 2002 Chris was the top UK artiste in the "Voice Of Musical Theatre". He won his semi final and was runner up in a closely-fought grand final of the International BBC Radio 2 Competition.

Chris also appeared in the Meridian TV production 'Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoats'.

In 2003 he started a run at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in 'The Witches Of Eastwick'. He stayed with the show when it transferred to the Palace Theatre. He performed the part of Frank Ogden. The show was directed by Eric Schaffer and concluded in 2004. Chris, as part of the original West End cast, sings on the CD.

He performed the part of Vince Fontaine/Teen Angel on a UK Tour of Grease in 1998/9. His performance of "Beauty School Dropout" was widely acclaimed.

Starting it's tour of the UK in 1996, Heathcliff was seen by more than half a million people in just over six months. Chris was able to perform with Sir Cliff Richard in the show, on the video and on the CD as part of the original cast. The video topped the music video charts for two months and was in the top ten for a further three. Directed by Frank Dunlop.

He starred as the Pharaoh with Phillip Schofield and Ria Jones as Joseph and the Narrator in Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in 1995/6. He received great reviews for his performance especially "Song Of The King". Director Stephen Pimlott.

Starred as Elwood Blues in 'The Official Tribute To The Blues Brothers' on a UK and European Tour in 1996/7. Of the many great numbers Chris received the greatest acclaim for "Under The Boardwalk". Directed by David Leland.

In 1994 he joined the original cast as a POW for the West End opening of the musical drama 'Out Of The Blue'. He also performed on the Cast CD and understudied the part of Young Marshall. David Gilmore directed.

Made his West End debut in the ensemble of Miss Saigon in 1993/4. He was understudy for Chris and appeared in this leading role. He received tremendous acclaim for "Last Night Of The World" in particular. Director Nick Hytner.

Chris left school aged sixteen to pursue a career on the stage.
Before long he was spending the summer months appearing in shows at Holiday Camps whilst in the winter he did the rounds of the Working Men's Clubs.
He continued his singing training with leading voice coaches.
He was increasingly accepted as a quality support artiste in leading concerts.

Chris started singing in the Church Choir at an early age and studied piano and trumpet as well as singing at Wells Cathedral School.
He won a music scholarship to Kings College Taunton where he continued his singing training and also studied trombone.
